Example of a Popup with Scrollbars

This is an example of a popup window with scrollbars. MSIE and Netscape render the popups a little differently. MSIE always displays the scrollbars, but in Netscape they are displayed only if they are needed (i.e if the contents of the page cannot be displayed in one screenful).
